The self sealing oil suction filter used for oil circuit filtration in the hydraulic system of mechanical equipment is equipped with a filter housing, filter element, and filter head. The base at the oil suction port of the filter housing is equipped with a movable push rod, and the upper part of the push rod is equipped with a compression spring and the lower part is equipped with a sealing gasket. When it is necessary to disassemble, wash or repair, remove the filter head, take out the filter element, and the push rod rises under the action of the compression spring. The sealing gasket also seals the oil suction hole on the base, cutting off the oil circuit without draining the oil in the hydraulic system. Disassembly, cleaning, repair or maintenance is quite simple, the structure is simple, and it obviously improves work efficiency.

External accumulation self sealing oil suction filter for hydraulic systems in the mechanical industry. It consists of a nut, a multi-purpose intermediate flange, a cylinder, a filter element, a top rod, a bypass valve, and a self sealing valve body. The nut and filter element are connected by threads and the multi-purpose intermediate flange. The bypass valve is connected to the filter element by springs, nuts, etc. The self sealing valve body is connected by springs, nuts, and the cylinder body. The top rod connects the nut and the self sealing valve body. The opening and closing of the self sealing valve body is controlled by adjusting the position of the nut. The oil filter is installed outside the fuel tank at a position lower than the liquid level inside the tank, making it very convenient to replace the filter element and preventing the oil from flowing out of the tank.
