2022-01-10
The cylindrical oil filter for filtering lubricating oil in internal combustion engines is designed with fewer components, reduced weight, and easier operation to make it easier to handle after use. Save the material consumption of safety valves, and make production simple and cost reduced. In addition, it is easy to separate the combustible and non combustible parts, and to reuse the non combustible parts, making the combustible parts easy to burn.
The spring component supporting the filter body and the safety valve are integrated, and the through-hole of the spring component is used as a valve seat. The plate-shaped spring or flat spring and valve plate, which also serve as the valve plate, are supported and held by the frame to form a safety valve with a plate-shaped spring supporting the filter body. The filter body is made of combustible materials, while the spring components and safety valve are made of non combustible materials as a whole, making it easy for the filter body to separate from the overall material and shell of the product.
The oil filter consists of a housing, a filter element, and a sealing cover. A base is provided at the lower part of the housing, which is equipped with an inlet pipeline and an outlet pipeline that are connected to the inner cavity of the housing. A warning device is also installed on one side of the inlet pipeline. An external prompt device can be connected to the oil inlet pipeline on the base to monitor and prompt the pressure inside the filter housing. Through this monitoring device, the saturation status of the filter element in the oil filter housing can be timely obtained, so as to replace the filter element in a timely manner and protect the service life of the housing.
